Lincoln High School competes in the Inland Empire Alternative School League against other alternative education high schools in the area. Lincoln participates in four sports
Slow-Pitch Softball (August-October)
Volleyball (October-December)
Basketball (January-March)
Soccer (March-May)
All teams if not separated by gender are played as Co-Ed depending on the number of participants that try out for the team. Participation through an entire season does earn students 5 credits either in Physical Education or Electives. All athletes eligibility is determined weekly during the season, progress reports are given to each teacher and it is at the teacher discretion if the athlete is eligible or not for that week's competitions.
GAME BEHAVIOR AND EXPECTATIONS FOR PLAYERS
- Follow all school rules and dress codes.
- Cheer for your team rather than against their opponents.
- Maintain self-control at all times.
- Show RESPECT for opponents in every way possible.
- Always be positive in support of their teams.
- Recognized and acknowledge good performances made by both teams.
- RESPECT officials and accept their decisions.
- Be humble and not boastful in victory and gracious and not bitter in defeat.
- Show sportsmanship at ALL times.
